With over 2,800 members representing more than 85 countries, the Coronavirus Radio Ideas Facebook Group became the destination for Radio and Podcast professionals to share and exchange ideas for created during the pandemic Covid 19.
Now, P1 Media Group, Benztown and Radiodays Europe, request your help to honor “the best ideas.” To do this they created - The Coronavirus Radio Awards, 10 Categories, 10 Awards. The nominees for these 10 categories have already been announced and you can see the full list here.
Make sure you vote! It will only take 15 minutes of your time and you will be truly inspired by radio’s incredible global response. Plus, as a thank you for your time, you will be entered to win one of 5 registrations to the conference of your choice in 2021: Radiodays Europe, Radiodays Asia or Podcast Day. The Awards will be presented at Radiodays Europe in Lisbon, Portugal on 14 December 2020. Vote for nominees here!
However, we are not done yet! If you have not already, make sure you enter your podcast for the Best Covid 19 Podcast Award. The nomination period is open until 7th September! To nominate you must add your nomination to the Coronavirus Radio Ideas Facebook page with details of your podcast, a short audio clip of no more than 2 mins (please add subtitles if your podcast is not in English language for our international team of judges) and a full description of when, why, where it was created and the impact your Podcast has had during Covid times.
