Africa Podfest - the first event for African Podcasting

Africa Podfest is the first conference on podcasting in Africa and will be taking place on 12-13 March at the YMCA Central in Nairobi, Kenya.  Africa Podfest is a unique experience where African podcasters discover, learn, celebrate and shape the future of African podcasts

Africa Podfest are the first conference on podcasting on the continent. This 2-day event will bring together all the major players in African podcasting, showcasing developments in podcasting with the aim of boosting the development of podcasts in Africa. 

As the first African event dedicated to podcasters, the Festival reflects the very nature of audio – seamlessly blending creativity and practical application of this fast-growing platform. With insightful speakers, versatile training opportunities, and the Festival space brimming with ideas and solutions to Africa’s podcasting challenges, you will be part of an experience like no other. Africa Podfest 2020 takes place 12-13 March in Nairobi, Kenya. 

The theme of this year's podcasting event is "Let's Get Loud."
